i am allmost at chapter2,where i stoped the broom from sweeping,i picked it up also,now i have to go and talk
to bloch,then he should leave,and chapter 1 should end
but the fact is not so,after talking nothing moves further,i am stuck here,what can i do

I presume that you have done everything at the secret library.
Did Bloch leave after you talked to him?

This is an unfinished game - so I'm not sure how the different download of the chapters goes.
It might be that you have to see if it will download the next chapter also.

Try this - save the game and then close the game.
Go to steam and see if it will download the next chapter. Keep us posted.
