HI ya~

I'm playing the Dark eye and I really like this game a lot!!
I am stuck on opening the Fairy gate??
I put the Prism in and turned the gear once to Blue, I put the Dragonfly in the basin between the symbols, I turned the gear again to Green put the fixed oil lamp in between the symbols, I turned the gear again to Red put the lamp oil between the symbols and lit it with the tinder then turned the gear again and nothing happens?? what am I doing wrong?? Help!!

Let's review:

- Read-right click the fairy scholar's notes.
- Make the center of the Blue, then green and lastly red.
- The 2 matching symbols for each colors should light up when their colors are lit up at center.
- Place lamp oil in the basin; then light it with the flintstone and tinder. So all should be lit.
- Turn the prism now to turn the color to white. That should open the gate.

I'm stuck again on The dark eye
Im in the upstairs Gallery trying to get orande added to the rainbow colors on the stairs in the picture, I got the peacoak feather with orange paint on it but when i click it on the stairs it is not workiing?
I took the crystal off the stand to make it a flat surface,what am i doing wrong?

Examine the painting first - left and then right click it.
Make it a flat surface.
Then try the feather with orange paint. Keep us posted.

I got a flat surface on the painting but when I click on it with the peacock feather with orange paint on it, it says its Gray, what am i missing?

Place the colour-stone on the basin at top level.
That should give color to the painting of the stairs.
Make it flat by taking the crystal off the basin.
Then use the feather with orange paint. (Are you sure the paint on the feather is orange?) Hope that works.

I'm making the recipe now, I have everything but the Doves egg, where do you get the Doves egg?
I seem to have missed it somewhere?
