Hi Guys

I have downloaded J.U.L.I.A via Steam twice now but it still will not run, all I get is the splash screen preparing to lauch the game, there is no direct support from Steam as they state they are a 3rd party and I should contact the publishers, I have emailed them but I dont know if I will get a response as they ask for a reference number for the purchase of the game (from them I believe). Has anyone else had any problems with this game via Steam

ps I have downloaded The Book of Unwritten Tales 2, Sherlock Holmes Crime and Punishment and Memonto Mori 2 and did not have any problems, any help appriciated, I will not be eligable for a refund as per Terms and Conditions set by Steam

I can't tell from what you've written whether your problems are due to the game itself or due to Steam integration, but make sure you have the latest version of Steam client software.

I have used the lastest Steam Client Software and I also downloaded another Game Skidrow just after downloading J.U.LI.A. and it runs without any issues, I used the Tech Support address to ask them for advice yesterday, but as yet they have not replied to my email, it could be that I may have lost my payment on this if I dont get a response from them which works out at 22$ as Steam are a 3rd Party, I will wait a couple of days to see if CBE software do reply

I've found the average time to wait for a reply from Steam is about 4 days.

Do you have a contact address for Steam as I am unable to contact them direct as per my original post the Support is telling me to contact the publishers of the game
