I am wondering if anyone has had problems with BFG recently. Over the weekend I purchased a game and it wouldn't download. I had played the trial version and used the free CE coupon (thank you Marian)to buy the whole game. I had to delete the game manager and then download it again and the game downloaded and played. Yesterday I was playing a trial version of another game and, without warning, it closed and the game manager popped up but there was no message that my trial period was over and I could purchase the whole version of the game. I hadn't played the whole trial. Now the game won't open on my desktop. This is exactly what happened the day before when I had to remove the game manager and start from scratch. I contacted BFG when it happened the first time but, after removing it and starting over, I thought the problem was fixed. Is anyone else experiencing any problems like this?

I haven't had any problems of this sort, so I'm afraid I can't be of any help. I would contact Big Fish Customer Support. I can also move you over to Glitches if you would like, but I believe Customer Support is the best answer. Tell them you are having the same problem that you experienced before.

I had a similar problem and what worked for me was signing out of game manager and then signing back in. That worked for me.

gatsbygirl: I'm no expert, but I recall when BFG launched the new Game Manager a lot of people had technical problems. It was determined that much of the problem was related to people having too many games in their game managers. Might not be the case for you. Just a suggestion. I always delete games when I'm done playing them. You can always reinstall from Purchase History. Of course, this wouldn't help in the case of trial versions. Hope you get help resolving this problem.

The one and only time I ever used the Big Fish game manager I had problems so I have always just downloaded using IE or Firefox
