Hello Mag,
In Chapter one, Wilbur is trying to run to the "Staff room" with the lit paper in order to light the fire in the fireplace. Your WT states that you double-click on the classroom door and then double-click on the staff room to get to the fireplace with the still lit paper. I can never seem to make it to the fireplace in time. Any hints would be appreciated, and/or even a save-game just after lighting the fireplace. Thanks

This looks like BOUT 2.
My saves are all dated November - I presume then that they are from Chapter 3.
I am still looking for the saves from September or October ones.

Hint - Before you do the actions - press the space bar and find the location of the cursor that exits the room. You can even mark the screen if you want. Then do actions or immediately press the space bar to know where they are.

Thanks for the hint, Mag. This IS in Chapter ONE in BOUT 2. The problem that I am having with this "puzzle" is that, after lighting the paper with the flame, is that you have to "walk" Wilbur over to the left screen in order to see the door to "exit the classroom". This "eats up" time, but I will try the "spacebar" method you recommend. Thank so much. I wish you and your family a very HAPPY and HEALTHY NEW YEAR.

Tried and tried till 1 AM. Got as far as the Fireplace scene, but still haven't been able to LIGHT the fireplace. Will try again tomorrow.
(I'm sure that any one of my grandkids would beat this one the very first time.) OH, WELL!

Sanford, I had trouble with this too. There is paper in your inventory. Walk a little bit to the opening and then look at inventory and used your lit paper on another piece of paper. Walk a little further to the fireplace and again, light another piece of paper... etc. I think I had to light a new scrap of paper 4 or 5 times. I hope this helps.

I seem to have found a glitch in chapter 3 where Timmy is supposed to put the poster with the resistance symbol on the back of the guard's
chair when the guard gets up to give the fox a hard time. I have tried to do that many times, but there is no hotspot on the chair when the cursor is the poster. Does anybody have any suggestions about this problem? I'm "stuck" until I can get past this part. Thanks

Poster:
- be sure that the poster you get is a poster that Mr. Fox used the glue on. It has to have paste-glue.
- then use the charcoal on the poster that has glue so that Wilbur draws on it.
- Wait until Shieldhand stands up from the chair to give Fox a hard time; then stick the poster with the resistance symbol on the back of the chair.

Wow. I would never thought about "the glued poster". Thanks a million times, Mag. I'm now moving along.

Where ever you are right now, Mag, I hope you are having a wonderful rest as well as a fun time. I just started Chapter 4, but I can wait, because when you DO write the WT,it will be absolutely SUPER--------as usual.
