Hope someone can help me. I have just started this game and have come to a halt. I have activated the room numbers on the machine, gone back up to the level where my office is and it hasn't come up green above the door. As far as i know I have done everything I have needed to do.(at least 4 times). Is there a problem here with this game or am I just dumb? thanks in advance, Alfoil

hi, yes I did. I actually did the settings before I did a few other things as I was working without a walkthrough. Would this have made any differance? I sure do appreciate the help you are giving. cheers, Alfoil.

What a coincidence I am actually in a replay of this game right now. If you have the correct room number on the bottom with the correct symbols for those numbers on the top then the tube will flash once to send the signal to unlock the door. If you don't get a flash then you need to recheck your settings.

Playing without a walkthrough is the best way -- that way you don't accidentally miss visual clues or clicking on particular items -- because you're working it out for yourself. It does avoid a lot of the problems some folks have if they only follow the walkthrough, as smaller details are often overlooked that way.

Yahoo, have now gotten as far as opening Mondra's office, haven't been able to find the crystal garden techno,also haven't been able to contact Tamirra but was able to get the info on the food for the plant. No, there's no in-game map. At least Perry will get fit. How are you doing with finding the tech guy, and contacting Tamira? Shout if you still need help.

Be sure that you have checked everything at the terrace.

Believe it or not I can't even get onto the terrace, the guy keeps stopping me and off I go again down to the next level. I am starting to get a bit cheesed off with this game. I have read some of the blogs and am wondered if screen resolution has anything to do with not seeing the crystal teckno etc. I have tried various resolutions and find that 1280-1025 is about right as none of the other ones makes any differance to the screen size etc. Any ideas are more than welcome. cheers Alfoil. ps I can't find the lunch box also.

Just to let you know. I decided to start a new game and having done that, the game has been playing perfectly and I am already past feeding Mondra's pet, have read all the diary etc. I can't believe how good it is. Many thanks for all the help given. Oh, I also downloaded the Bert Jamin walkthrough and used it. I think this game has to be played in a strict order. Could be wrong! again, thanks, cheers, Alfoil.

`Hi, looks like I need help again, I have reached the point of getting to the lower levels locked door and have found that my pass has vanished from the inventory and, Perry hasn't been in disguise the whole time he has been on cog. Boy ol Boy- i can't think of playing this game without a walkthrough at hand...i have played it twice and it is a great game...stick with it.

Hi Rushes, I am sitting!! outside the lower level gate next to the girl in the bubble. I had the pass right up until after I got the guy to imprison her. I have tried going back to the previous save and going from there but no go. Looking forward to your help again, cheers Alfoil
