I have done fire, water. earth and now to do wind but the pub is closed, can't seem to go any further...consulted walkthru and it says that the doctor calls after you see the pub is closed but this never occurs. All progress bars are at 100% except for the The Betrayer's Price is at 97%.

Check the map and see which place is still gold or silver.
Then check everything there so that you'll finish that place.
Have you finished the next sub chapter - Lamb for Dr. Styles?
