Hi folks !

I think I need a hint here - I say "think" because I don't know what is supposed to happen at the point I am at.

Ok - I am at My Office after I visited Mr. Field's Office and looking for a date to put in the PDA I found. In my office, I am trying to Underline Mr. Field date of birth, date of death, and how he died.

I can underline those parts but the red lines disappear and all I get is a dialog window on the bottom of the screen saying Mr. Field's date of birth. I cannot get the "points" I am supposed to get ( I think ) when I underline those lines on the certificate/report.

I hope I explained this correctly. I like to game very much - but I feel it's a bit convoluted with the Brain thing we have to do too.

Help??

Are you clicking on the gear icon after underlining each individual phrase? That needs to be done one phrase at a time.

Yes I click on the pen - then underline His Date of Birth - the whole line or just the date - makes no difference. I see the Red Line - then click the Gear - the Red Line goes away - and then I see Mr. field was born 1976 on the bottom and that's it no points - I did get a point for the date of death.

The underline also stays on the page for the method of death ( no point change for that )

I've been to the old house and the ice cave too.

Could I have missed something?

Have you checked the green journal and the tapes in the office-library?
I remember that you have to check-click-read-listen at all the active items there because they are loaded with clues.

Hi MaG - I'm in Field's home - in the Library. I listened to one tape entirely - I don't get a hot spot on the other tapes. At that desk there is a green journal which is not active now.

I checked the shelves of books - calendar - and wooden figure on the floor - and the display case with nothing in it. ( I've seen the other wooden statue downstairs - I'll need to open it )

Is there something in the library I didn't see yet that triggers the underlining on that form in my office ?

There is certainly a lot of reading !

I actually just finished this game.


It was a pretty good game - albeit - confusing at times.
