OK Shivers lovers here a chance for you to shine.
On the two headed horse picture it seems you can
only rotate pieces if there are two to be rotated.
I'm down to the last two pieces and I can't get them both right with this system. What's the trick??

Start by rotating the pieces that are aligned, i.e. on their side, upside down, etc. and then put them in their correct spots. It's difficult to explain but not too hard to do. You should be left with 2 pieces that need to rotate the same way.

Does this make any sense at all?

Hi Debra,

Just to add to what Marion said ---- this is how Jeanne describes it :

To shift the blocks, click on any two. Click again to set them down. To rotate the blocks, click the arrow button. (The blocks must be suspended in air to rotate them.)

Actually, that puzzle comes up about half the time with a parity error that makes it unsolvable. The only solution is to do it over. I hate that type puzzle; some sliders will come up that way sometimes and I hate them too.
