Well....I must admit, I'm starting this game WITH a walkthrough, so you'd think I wouldn't need help. However, in the Gameboomers walkthrough, it has left me with a question.

I have followed it point by point. I'm still close to the beginning. I'm in Marienstadt or whatever the little town is called that has the lady selling sausages and stuff. Around the corner from her is the attorney's office. I can't read the sign, or enter his office. Gabe just says, "It's an office of some sort." Or something like that, but he won't go in. What's the deal? Did I miss something?

(I started playing this to keep my mind occupied while I try to figure out what's wrong with Syberia on my system all of a sudden!)

PLAYING ON PC: World of Warcraft...nothing else...there is no need for ANY other game when you have THIS one to play!! LOL

I think you have to look at the lawyer

Frazap has the right idea, but it's a letter from your lawyer that you need to take out of your inventory and read. After that, you should be able to click on the signboard to the left of the door and Gabe will realize that his lawyer is inside. Then just go through the door....
