I broke out the the cell with the torch. I've straightened out the barbed wire. The walk through says to use the wire to get the key for the door between A&B Cell Block. I can't find the key, where is it?

First find the door gate that leads to Block B (from the cell with the barbed wire, go left, and then head off to the left when you come to the ned of the corridor). You should be able to see a small white patch on the floor on the other side of the gate. Use the barbed wire to drag the key through the bars to you, and use it unlock the gate.
