ok i am back. i followed all instructions (several frustrating times) and keep coming up with same number on dial. its 8 on outer (x 12 =96) and 2 on inner. that makes 98!! minus 55 = 43. ive done it at least 5 times and get same stupid positions. getting really frustrated!!!!!! already got first bubble thingy right and saved it . why wont the @#$%*@ stupid second one work? mad

Hi BikerChic,

I am an old hand at this puzzle. You have to start at the "1" o'clock position when looking at the gas levers. You also have to start at the "1" o'clock position when figuring out the formula.

It does not matter which puzzle that you do first, BUT you have to work them both in order to inflate the fish balloon.

Try again, and don't get frustrated. You need to save your frustration for the Rail Bridge Puzzle that will be coming up later.

I have been on vacation for a week, so WELCOME TO GAMEBOOMERS!!!! wave

(1) Pick a starting valve - call it # 1- click it once.
(2) Work clockwise and call the next valve # 2 and click it 2 times.
(3) Continue clockwise and call the next valve # 3 and click it 3 times.

(4) Continue clockwise in this manner and you will be clicking the 10th valve 10 times.

NOTE: If it were not for the fact that one valve has double pressure it could not total higher than 55.

The meter to the side will show the total that your clicks have amassed will indicate the double pressure valve when you subtract 55 from it.

Let's say your total pressure is indicated by..... (5 outer indications meaning 5 X 12 = 60 and your inner pressure indicator of 1 X 1 = 1 making a total of 60 plus 1 = 61. Therefore, 61 - 55 = 6 and the 6 tells you valve # 6 is the one with double pressure) laugh

I didn't do it......and if I did I'm not guilty!

ok i know you guys are trying to help me and i greatly appreciate it. but........ i have followed all instructions. i started at 1'oclock i did each valve in succession 1 for 1,2for 2 etc.i pressed center. and all 5-6 times i did it i came up with the same position. the outer valve was at 8, 8x12=96, and inner valve is at 2. every time i did it(and i did it many times)it came up with a number of 98. i already succeeded in doing the first one right.i just dont know why i cant get second. when it is done the arrow is sposed to face left(<-) correct? im about to pull all my hair out. again thank you for your help im not being ungrateful. just frustrated lol

BikerChic,

Maybe the problem is the "saved" game (first puzzle), maybe you have to work them in succession WITHOUT having a save in between. That is the only thing that I can think of. I worked them both in succession. Has any other Boomer out there run into this problem???

Hi there BikerChic

Thatldu is right. laugh You have to solve both puzzles consecutively without an error (miss) in between. You can save after the first puzzle though, so I am told ( but it didn't work for me).

Love, Witchen =O) smile
