Hi, Does anyone know where I can get patches for the Puzz3d games? I can complete the puzzle itself, but when I try to get into the building, Notre Dame, Bavarian Castle, Victorian Mansion, to complete the game, I come up with error messages.

Well, I downloaded the patch but I can't get into the castle. I can pick up pieces of the sword and I see the three witches but when I try to get inside, I get the error message that the program has committed an illegal action. I had this problem with Notre Dame, but the patch worked. I'm disappointed. Maybe if I contact Wrebbit, I can get an answer.

Sumac and Dagokid, I finally got it to work. I uninstalled all the versions of QuickTime that I had on my computer, reloaded the QuickTime on the game disc and I got in the door. I had to get off the computer after I got in so I don't know if anything else will go wrong, but I did get in.

Hi Ozma38, I'd like to take credit for solving this problem myself, but I found the solution at the Wrebbit website. I'm a complete computer illiterate, but I give myself a pat on the back for at least knowing where to look.

A lot of games were affected by numerous versions of QT installed in the computer. My rule of thumb in playing older games that has QT as an engine is to remove all previous versions and install the one that came with the game. I learned also the hard way. I can not play Crystal Key as well as others in the old days. I think the newer version of QT does not have this problem. Enjoy the Puzzles. Love them all. MaG
