Hi fellow Boomers,
I purchase games from quite a few gamesites. One of them is justadventure.com. Lately, after I have logged into the site, I have been trying to access the games that I have already purchased from JA, and as far as I can see, there is NO option for me to access "my" games library. I have contacted ja support about this issue, but they have NOT responded to my e-mail as yet. They don't even ackknowledge ( by e-mail reply) that they have received my e-mail. I DID send another e-mail to them repeating my issue, but still I have not received a reply as yet.
Have any of you experienced this same issue with JA?
This is not the first time I have tried to contact JA support, and not having received a reply. Very frustrating.

Have you tried posting on their forum to get a response if they do not answer emails?

Hi Ana. Yesterday I posted my "issue" on the JA Forum and today I received one reply. The person said that she couldn't help me figure out as to the method to use in order to access the games which SHOULD be in my "games library". Still waiting for a reply from JA Support.

I heard from SUPPORT today, ANA, and they were very helpful and accomodating. I now have access to some of "my" games, and they say that they in the midst of making a change in their shop software in order to accomodate their game buyers so that the buyers WILL be able to re-access their purchased games.
