Stupid question of the day confused

Every time I try to buy a game from Bigfish, and use buy through their web-page, I only get a choice to use a credit. I wish to pay with my visa.
I can't find any way to do this except remove the whole game from the cart.

I tried to find an answer on Bigfish own site, but could not.

Caroline

Hi Carolin, if you haven't already, you need to add your Visa card as a method of payment. To do this, you would go to "My Account" and then click on the tab that says "Billing Info." There, you can add a new method of payment (which in this case would be your Visa card details); after having done that, while still on that page, select that method of payment as the one that you wish to use to buy this game. If you don't wish to use your Visa card the next time you purchase a game, then you will need to go back to this Billing Info page and choose a different method of payment.

Please let me know if this does not answer your question or does not help you. wave

Hi, Marian!

I've noticed that as well. If you have a Game Club credit, that is automatically applied to your purchase unless you use a coupon code (either a punch card credit or a promotion code).

I have my Visa info saved at Bigfish since i'm a club-member.

Thanks, maybe I try to write them a e-mail later.

Caroline.

Why not just buy one or two additional credits first? You're still paying for those with your Visa and then use those credits to get your game. It's the only way I ever got around it.

That's a good suggestion, smitty. I obviously hadn't finished my cup of coffee when I posted this morning. laugh wave

Agree with Susie. BFG will automatically apply a game club credit for a standard game if your account has been billed for your membership. Check your VISA account for a $6.99 charge from BFG (which should be posted on the same date every month). This is how you got the Game Club credit. If you want to buy a CE, do as Ana has suggested.
