Bought one game and second free, but won't download. Anyone else with this problem? Maybe to much traffic?

I downloaded the trial of a game today and had no problems with it.

Is it showing up as in Queue? If not sign out of big fish and big fish app... and sign in again

Game manager won't open. Uninstalled then reinstalled and now no short cut. I have no idea where it is. Looked in programs, not there. Everything was fine yesterday.

If your Big Fish Game Manager is corrupt or being blocked, you won't be able to install or activate any Big Fish games. Make sure your antivirus isn't blocking the Game Manager. It should be in either Program Files or Program Files (x86).

My Big Fish Game Manager is installed in Program Files x86 - the folder is called bfgclient.

Thanks all, I finally worked my way thru all the steps, most of which one has to figure out. Tells how to install then not what to do from there.
I've never had problems with game manager before and I've downloaded many games without a problem. Now, if you ask me the steps I took I couldn't even begin to tell you. lol
