I tried to buy some games in this weekend's sale, reduced down to $4.99 each, but when I go to the checkout, despite putting the coupon code OFF in, checkout wants to charge me $5.99. I have tried to buy in both Dollars and Pounds, but still get the same outcome - What on earth am I doing wrong? headscratch

It doesn't sound to me like you are doing anything wrong, so I am not sure why that is happening.

Here's the official info about the sale, in case you wish to look at it:

Let's see what someone who has purchased some have to say. I have no explanation for it. Does anything here help? Were the games a daily deal or anything?

lol Hi Marian!

I have found that there can be problems buying via the Big Fish app, but if you go directly to the Big Fish web site, those problems go away. Not saying this is the answer here, but it did work better for me to use the main site only.

Now you mention it Reenie, I did also have problems in one of the last Sales that I tried to buy games.

No, no daily deals, just ordinary SE games.
