This game is supposedly a "casual game" remake of The Mystery of the Nautilus, so I've moved your post over to the Casual Games forum. Maybe someone here can help you out.
As far as assistance with the game goes, I did find a 3-part video walkthrough of the game on YouTube; it's for the iPad/iPhone, but I imagine the gameplay is the same. That's all I could find, though, and the walkthrough may be incomplete.
