I waited until the PS4 version of this game to play it. I finished it two days ago and I still haven't gotten over the ending, which I found quite disturbing.

I'd love to compare thoughts with anyone else who finished the game.

The whole "PlayStation exclusive" thing probably limits the appeal here. Isn't this primarily a PC forum?

TLOU is hands down my game of the last generation (for the All-Time title, it'd have to contend with RE2 and Silent Hill 2...but it's dang close). Played it through a handful of times. Honestly, the ending seemed a perfect climax to the story, cementing the growing father-daughter bond between the pair, and appropriate - or at least understandable - given Joel's tragic past. As for...



On a slightly lighter note (though not really!), if you haven't tried the Left Behind DLC, I highly recommend it.

I played in PS3, very good game, enemies a little bit repetitive, otherwise great.

I like the ending, I would have done the same for my daughter or somehow adopted daughter. I think that most people who don't like the ending must be young, not having experimented the love for a child, and in his case having lost a child the attachment to the girl is even stronger . To add no compassion to other humans his daughter was sacrificed by a human not a zombie (This is not a spoiler since it appears at the beginning giving base to the story). Also in the game there are examples of survivors who are not worth saving.
