days .......In a sour note.....
I guess when You miss your Dad and Mom ...and see you husband in the cemetart (Calverton) I guess I felt depressed, when I came here it cheered me up Thank You joe for without the lil jokes and funny quotes, but the when you go to a BBQ and see all the Women with their man it all came and the feelings Gushed back I guess ... but in a sweet ending ...my Girlfriend who Ive known since Grammer school some fifty somewhat years ... came over to me and said.... how are you doin ...she noticed I was Down then threw me for a loop and said....Do You Know, The fattest knight at King Arthur's round table was Sir Cumference.
He acquired his size from too much pi. well needless to say I totally lost it LAUGHED so hard it was like a drowned laughter floating to the top .... Thank You Joe and to all the people in this world who can take the time to notice when ..and IF you need to just smile and Laugh at Life for awhile Bles you all

Thank goodness for friends or even strangers who can see that someone is in need and provide some laughter or comforting words. I'm happy that you found what you needed for today. My motto is always: "Life is too short for feeling bad for too long". I allow myself to wallow in pity for 2 days max after something awful happens to get me down, and then I insist that I start being ME again. Works most of the time. Hope your days are getting better and better. Will be thinking about you.

Leeana, I've been in that place too. You are doing the best thing for yourself - laughing when you can and even being sad when you are sad. The sad parts will slowly become further apart and the happy parts will quickly come more often. The fact that you have a place like Gameboomers in addition to your friends and family only makes it better!
