can you use beef instead of streak.

YOu can use any cut of beef. It may be better with some more than others, but if you cook it long enough anything will get tender.

like Ana says ,any beef will work. i often use stew beef cubes or chunks.

A friend even has a pretty good recipe for a hamburger stroganoff.
