i used to work for krystal until they chase me off the job, now they are trying to keep my unemployment money, and it is the one on cobb parkway, corp. is no help, who do i calll to fixed this.

If you got fired there is no unemployment money.
If there is a union you should talk to them.

It depends on WHY they say they "chased you off the job." What does that mean? Were you fired? Did they give you a reason? Were you laid off? You would need to contact the unemployment office and find out why your unemployment benefits are being denied. I see you are in Georgia, but I don't know where, so you will have to look up the contact information for your local unemployment office.

You might look to see if you have a Legal Aid outlet in your area. They might be able to give you some advice.

You can appeal a decision at your local unemployment office. I know in Illinois, even if you get fired with cause, most will give you unemployment anyways. (My hubby handles the HR at his company). Georgia may or may not have the same leniency.

also , if by "chased off " you mean you quit , or gave notice ,there may not be benefits paid.

the general manager yell at me to get off my station clock out and sit down and front of everybody i cannot use her, i try calling krystal to get a seperation notice, but nothing., i even call corp, they were no help.
