with this one it seems i can play the game for awhile beautiful grafics and good movement but suddenly i get a blank screen then it and then it comes back again i can play for awhile longer then all of asudden it shuts down my mouse and keyboard maybe i need a new power supply box i just got a new grafics card thanks diane

You could be right.It may be that the new card is more demanding than the old one on the power supply.Did the new card have any power requirements?

no error messages at the time i bought it it was the only one that my power supply box could run the computer tech said eventually that i would need a new one the one i have is a nivada ge forceGT430 i have 3gb of memory my version of sherlock holmes is the downloaded version but i have sent for the disk version and i will try and see if that makes a difference i may have did something wrong with the download as it took so long i fell asleep and next thing i know its moring.if it does the same thing with the disk version then i will know its my power supply box. thank you dianne.

Do not get your hopes up as far as the disk
version is concerned - I have the disk version
and I have encountered the same problems.
