I want to put a game on disc. It is 900 MB. What is the right sort of disc to use, and how many of them do I need? I have a Lightscribe DVD SuperMulti Drive/CD-Writer.

Hi fredaz,

I've moved your post over here, where there are folks who can give you good advice about this. wave12

Just use a blank DVD+R or DVD-R if your drive is a DVD burner. Unless it's a very old drive, it should be able to burn DVD's.

A CDR isn't large enough to hold a 900MB file, so if your drive can't burn DVD's, you have to use a file splitter on the 900MB file and burn the two halves of the file to two separate CD's.

Thank you Marian, and Jenny100. As it works out the information I was looking for is on my computer. I guess it sorta came that way, duh. Fred
