With Win 7 and IE10, is there a place to put a check mark (or another way to do it), so that a font size of a page, chosen by using the CTRL key and the wheel of the mouse, will stick?

The font size changes almost every time I come to GB, put I can't tell if this happens when I come back from a specific site or from not using the computer for a while or from after opening the computer.

Thanks for your help. wave chocobunny

Chief, I hope I understand what you're asking, but here's how to maintain a "zoom" size for Internet Explorer:

In the upper right-hand corner of the browser, you should see a gear icon labeled Tools. Click on it and a menu will pop up. You should see the Zoom option. You can choose the zoom size you want from the list given (100% being the normal view), or you can click on Custom and assign your own default zoom percent. The zoom size you choose should stick for all web pages until you change it.

lanlynk, before I try what you suggested, will this do the same as using the CTRL key and the Wheel of the mouse?

I never tried to change the zoom size as it is fixed at 140%.

EDIT: well, I tried your suggestion and indeed it works fine.

Yes, it works the same way--enlarges the whole page, including pictures. So if you choose 150%, the page will be a little bigger than what you have now at 140%. I have my zoom set at 125% and it stays that way even after I close the browser and reopen it. But I don't know of a way to adjust the size permanently just for one website.

Also, if you just want to enlarge the text, not the whole page, do this:

To change the text size, open Internet Explorer. Then press the Alt key to display the menu bar. Choose View, and then Text size. Choose to make text larger or smaller than the size on the screen.
