-3. A man restricted by paunch gets a scale (5)
-4. Article about one so taking (8)
-5. Gave the wrong name to man riding horse on TV (9)
-6. Party comes back for prize (5)
-7. Mechanic's terribly bad luck (9)

-9. Not willing to take right from highway? (9)
-10. Cohabitants prepared bullets or boomerangs (9)
-11. Old ship's laden with top-grade party decorations (7)

-13. Call for rest after six (5)
-14. Kind of rabbit seen in two states (4)

The moon is actually more useful than the sun since the moon gives us light at night when it's dark. The sun only gives us light during the day when it's already bright out.
