Can't End Game - Culpa Inata

Hope someone can help me. I'm quite near the end of the game. I have talked to everyone, done everything, and there are no places left to visit. The Diary has only 2 items in red remaining. One is to reconstruct the butterfly images. For some reason I put 4 images in the 3D reconstructer earlier in the game: the two butterfly images (one is the IUSTITIA and the other is AMOR), the CD disk from the graveyard, and the butterfly image from the textured plaque. I'm unable to remove any of these now. I have moved them around the 4 side edges of the cube, but apparently not in the right combination - as the reconstruction always fails.

The other diary entry is that Phoenix can't prove something about the device but needs to watch the footage again. What footage? I tried going back to the monitoring room but Phoenix can't talk to anyone there anymore. I seem to be at a stuck point. Any ideas on how to solve the butterfly 3D reconstruction puzzle? Is that what's keeping the game from ending? I did things out of order from MaGtRo's guide, but must have missed something somewhere. Any ideas?

You have all the images for the reconstruction, here's the order to put them in:

Take the CD recovered image 4 and use it on top wall of the frame. Place the recovered image 3 taken from left wall of graveyard gate on the bottom frame and the butterfly reconstructed from the data dump (recovered image 2 - Iustitia) on the left frame. Place the new image, recovered image 1 - Amor on the right frame. Click reconstruct.

Erinus, do you have the sketch of the device? If so, hand it over to the assistant in the monitoring room.

The guide is really not in sequential order. It shows only what you do when you are in a location.

Butterfly images: Best to redo this again.
Open computer and use the 3D Processing/ Reconstruct Multiple Images.
Take the CD recovered image 4 from inventory and use it on top wall of the frame.
Place the recovered image 3 taken from left wall of graveyard gate on the bottom frame.
Place the butterfly reconstructed from the data dump (recovered image 2 - Iustitia) on the left frame.
Place the recovered image 1 - Amor on the right frame.
Click reconstruct and see a 3D butterfly image.
After you get this, go to the metro and take a picture of the metro poster.
Process this butterfly ad.
Place the 3D butterfly ad on a frame and the 3D butterfly image on the other. Click compare. Now you can go to the metro.
