MaG would have e-mailed the save directly to the e-mail address you have provided in the public e-mail box of your profile. Is that address still current? If so, and the save hasn't arrived with you yet, check your spam folder.

Is there any way I could get the saved game to get through the flower orchestra? Have been trying forever and not getting anywhere. Would appreciate the help

The saved game is on the way. You might need to make a new game with Player 1 name and Fernando the butler as avatar.

I tried your saves using my name and renumbered as instructed. Can you walk me through how to do this properly cause the save does not show up in my game. I don't know what you mean about make a new game with player 1 name and Fernanado the butler as avatar?

At start of the game - select new game.
Then you will be asked the name of your avatar - use Player 1.
Then you select the avatar to use - select Fernando the the butler.
Play a bit and then make a saved game.

Now open - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Pendulo Studios\TNBT\SAVEGAME\Player1
You should now have a folder labeled player 1.
Open that folder - check the numbers in there.
Renumber what I sent as last and place it in that folder.
Play-load as usual.

Hi, I started a new game, selected Fernando the butler as my avatar, named the avatar Player 1 and saved it as directed in your last reply. Copied and pasted the 3 files you sent and re-numbered each to save number 002. When I restarted the game, the only save game option available to select and play is my original save number 001.
Any Ideas as to why I cannot get the second save to appear?

Hopefully when you renumbered the saved game files to 002 = you did not erase the extensions.

The extensions are still there and they look exactly alike the previous saved game except for the number. what do I do? The files were initially blocked by my computer and I have unblocked them. Should I redo the saves you sent me since when I initially did them the computer was blocked.

forgot to mention I am running Windows XP not sure if that matters.

Also Player1 - does not have space I think - it is already one of the choices.

ok stupid question which one is Fernando the butler...I picked the small robot (I thought fernando was the one in the tango room she talks to but think I have wrong avatar. Which one on which row is Fernando the butler when creating a profile

I don't remember where the avatar is located.
Are there more than one robot? If so - try the other one. Keep us posted.

the robot is armando in the tango room. Is the guy who is narrating in the beginning the butler?? was your avatar a robot I am confused.what did your avatar look like?

My robot avatar I used was just like the one above except there is no medal showing. Do you have possibly a european version and mine is not. I even uninstalled everything, did what you said exactly and nothing. I don't know if I will get to finish this game I paid alot for.

they are in the exact folder you specified and are there correct (only changed the number). I dont know if there is anymore help to be provided, but don't understand why won't work when I go back into my game under the LOAD file and it is not there only my save1

The medal is because I finished the game with that avatar.

Others have used the saved game well enough. Strange. Let's see what else is the problem.
Check your old avatar and see if there the saved game is there. Long shot.

I will also send you a new set and see if you can renumber these 3 files and place them in the robot folder.
Be sure to remove the old sent saved game files.

when I uninstalled I did delete everything including all saved games in the folder; then went back in created avatar; Player1; played just about 2 mins and saved game as save1; then downloaded your 3 files again and renumbered to 002. ok will remove the previous files you sent when get new ones and thank you

You didn't need to uninstall or delete the saved games.

You could have selected "new game" from the menu and did the rest mentioned.

I sent the new files an hour ago. Hope you got them.

I did thank you. Do these files have to be unzipped or extracted that you sent once I down load them or just download and transfer into the Player1 file?

Just transfer to the Player1 folder after you renumber them. and good night.

Did everything again and does not show up so my question is:
Did the saved game files come from a game purchased as an on line download or is it from a hardcopy DVD. I bought my game on DVD and could this affect compatability?

It's from a download and I don't think it will affect the compatibility.

You say to send the 3 files...what 3 files? I am not at the Tango puzzle yet since I restarted everything again. So do I need to be at the beginning of that puzzle and send you my last saved game then? I will also send my avatar name and I used the robot avatar again...same as you used in your game.

I forgot - you deleted your old saved games that is in another folder.

You mean your avatar name is not player1? What is your avatar name?

Player1 (with capital P) and all the new saves I have are in the same files etc you told me to do before. Can I let you know when I get to the Tango puzzle again and we can try?

Tell me what is the number of your last saved game in that Player1 folder.

Let me think of another way - so that you don't need to play the whole game again.

I don't think so. It should work now; like it should work anytime in the game.
