I cannot update Victoria's smartphone. I received updates (in red) and I cannot transfer them to the kit.

How can I go about it?

Usually when a person tells you about an info-document, it will be automatically entered in the smartphone (documents folder, objective lists and messages-contacts}. You can check there.

In some cases you click the smartphone on an item or recording or evidence to get that information.

Check the documents folder, objective lists and messages-contacts in smartphone to see what you want entered is there.
