am in Alley-backyard of station..got winch handle #2 from Ladies room. Cannot raise the crate to top. Do you have a Save getting me past this point..thanks, Chuck..

Before we go the save route:

Here's a tip which has worked very well for others having a similar problem at this point.

Click - hold - pull down the handle until the cursor is off the page - do this 3 times as fast as you can. No need to check what happens - just do it 3 times fast.
