Trying to get into the side door of the Bird God face. Got the path over to it but it wont let me go through the door.I don't know if it has anything to do with the face being painted.but the guard said this but don't know what to do.

Have you been given the task by the Queen already? One of them is: Get the statue of the blind bird man to look at the Queen.
Have you looked-clicked on the birdman's face to see the eyes?
Do you have the wicker basket and eye creature already?
Yes I have the tasks. when I click on the birdman face it keeps saying that sometimes it wont speak to the queen. Have wicker basket but what is the eye creature. The one that I broke the lens to get by?
MaG. went back to where I was and the arrow pointing to get inside the side door must be very sensitive. Hit on the arrow many times and it finally let me in to get the orange paint.Thanks MaG. Bill

Yes - that is the eye creature.
