Book of Unwritten Tales - Need saved game

In Chapter 2 at the Mage School I have tried to make the Magic Potion over 12 times. Steps 5 & 6
is where my problem begins in earnest. I have checked two walkthrus plus discussions on this site. But guess its just my shaky 77 yr old hand.
Need a saved game to by pass Potion making. Thanks in advance!

You would think after all this time
I would get it.The save #is 29 do I
change it to #37 which is my last save or
to #38. I did #37 and it didn't work.
Maybe I did something else wrong.

There should be NO duplicate numbers in that folder. So relabel it to be #38.

Be sure that the extensions, periods and spaces are correct.
Then scroll to the beginning of the load screen - it might be arranged by dates.

it looks right, and the dates are in order.

I meant play the game and then go to the "load" page.
See if the in game loaded saved games are arranged by dates. Scroll to the beginning.

I was just thinking, I'm going to go
back to my last save and play this
round again tomorrow. Then I'll try the

I had this problem also, if you play it by Autosave ( continue ) and Not give the save you make a name the savegame from MaG don"t work. I played a last save again, gived it a name , saved it and found it back in the Load list. after this I put the savegame from MaG in the list of savegames (after arranged the numbers) and It works. Hope you understand it , my English is not so good. If it still dont work I have saved all the last saves from the Lightning dance and the bow contest and I can help you maybe.
