Complete crash of my system. Tech finally retrieved all files and programs ( new Hard drive). However in reinstalling the game it wants the key authorization which I entered numerous times only to be told its time has expired. Support is supposed to be at Viva Media but their web site has been sold to another called Encore which has no program,game or anything about this game. Does anyone have a solution for this problem????

It seems you can manually type in the name of the game in the appropriate box without using the dropdown menu.

Have tried every page on their support site more than once. There is no mention of this game on any of them. I have tried contacting Cranbery Production and also the German Company, dtp entertainment. No repsonse from anyone. I guess I will have send the game to the round file and forget about a solution or refun. Bad policy by whoever they are.

Just a thought - have you checked your account and see if you can go that route - in installing the game or check the code.
