I am folowing your walkthrough and I am currently at the part where he goes down stairs
And is suppose to talk to the guard about the Lampshade and the guy in cell 31/6
But when I click to talk to the guard all he says is did you learn to fight yet
You are not able to talk to him about the lamp shade or the the guy in cell 31/6

All help here appreciated.

Did you click-read the rules of conduct on the wall? There are several spread out in the prison hallways?
Do you have the lampshade already?

I saw your reply to chuck and we both have the same problem,The guards give the same responce
Yes, I have the lamp shade and also the wood in inventory.But I noted you advise chuck to only
Take the shade first talk to the guard and at a later point in the game retrive the piece of
Wood,take the lamp shade talk to the shamon then go talk to the guard.
I wlll proceed this way and see what happens.

I told chuck the problem I was having also,I put the lampshade over
The slot in the door,the problem is the prisoner just throws the
Lamp shade write back at jack,and it hits the wall behind him
I also have the Broken off door slit,are you suppose to put it
Over the Open door slot also along with the lamp shade.
Or just the Lamp shade only?
And then go down stairs and speak to the guard.

Hi Bluto,

After you put the lamp shade through the hole in the cell door, you need to block off the hole with the plank of wood so the prisoner can't throw it back out.

I did as you suggested and it worked,next jack had to fight with the
Guard and with the help of the WT on how to fight him I managed to progres
To the next part,retrived the small key from the guard,opened the door
I went to the radio,and than the WT said to pick up the Amulate
next to the radio,but I was unable to do this,no pick up hand displayed
To pick up the amulate.how did you do this.

I'm not sure why you aren't able to pick up the amulet, unless there is something else that you needed to do first in order to be able to pick it up. I would look over the walkthrough to make sure that you have done everything you need to do up to this point, and let's wait for someone else who can offer further suggestions.
