I'm in Nemo'a underwater base, I'm trying to come up with making hydrated lime so I can combine it with the mask. How is this made what do I do. Thanks in advance.

You have to go to workshop. Place hydrated lime in kiln. Good luck.

Here we go: Add lime to water (in that order) = hydrated lime.

I don't have limes in my inventory, where do I find them on the island?

Up the stairs from the fireplace/kiln (where you built a fire), there is a chimney. There is lime in the chimney that you can collect with a vase.
