Still Life 2 Dead End?

In the morgue and trying to go up onthe platform but after I use wire to take off collar it disappears. And it's no longer anywhere (checked walkthrough)?

There might be some hidden in the storage cabinet yet. See if there is.
If not and you're trying to leave the morgue, there might be another way.

Honestly I think this is all I have left but it says "Update Kit Chewing Gum:. I have 2 pieces in my inventory. Is that a bug? 1 is at 100%.

Hi Caz, I merged your post with your original thread.

I'm not sure about the gum. Did you try doing a chemical analysis on the second piece?

Yes and it stops at 60%. Not sure what else to do.

Did you check the test kit to be sure that it has been processed by the smartphone?

The smartphone does say something about the gum-Update Kit Chewing Gum-but nothing happens when I try to update. Tried clicking on it, the phone, the kit....

Are you able to call Claire?
Are there other updates on the cellphone? If so, try doing those also.

When I call her I get her voice-mail. I have to admit the phone is a bit convoluted to navigate. Sure I'm missing something. Thanks, caz

I have 2 things in red I have to update. The gum and the tire track. No idea how to do that. When I click the phone on the left I have no options to do anything.

No I got it to work but I'm actually a lot further along.

Check everything on the smartphone. That should give you new info (maybe on documents or mail).

What chapter? - tell me where you are.

I give up. Followed a WT to a T and still can't trigger the cut scene. Although the WT said there were some bugs...

i'm going to pass on this one (well it was a free GOG DL). Loaded your game followed the WT and stuck. Seems Clare has died or something. CAn't call her at all.

Thanks Mag for all your Past and current help, but their comes a point where it's just not worth it. I loaded your game fine; followed the wt TO A "t" AND AGAIN NO PROGRESSION. mAYBE YOU DIDN'T DO SOMETHING I i DID OR VICE-VERSA. It's just crazy. Can't get Hawker(?) to tell the password...
