Trying to pick up the tip the waiter left on the plate so I can use the phone to get the keys. It will only let me view the coin but can't pick it up. (no hand just the eye)

Hi Bill,

Did you make sure to examine the phone on the wall, so you know that you need the coin?

If that doesn't do the trick, go back and examine everything again -- the keys you want to take, the gate you want to get through, the phone number of the reception, etc.
