Crime & Punishment A Half Moon Walk

Hi

I've reached the part where I'm in Half Moon Street - after already having visited it once before, when I examined the bodies, found the piece of wood, spoke to the Policeman and the Flower Seller and went inside Ryan's flat and questioned him.
And I've also interviewed Leighton at Scotland Yard and inspected his belongings in the Evidence Room there.

Now, back in the street, I'm trying to visualise the sequence of events of the shootings - using the "F" key.

However, the game won't let me number any events after "get out of bed and get stick" and "go to window and open it".
So I can't build a possible sequence.
Nor will it let me cancel the "F" key and try anything else !!

Can anyone offer advice please ??

Have you tried pressing your space bar to reset the sequence and start over?

Yes, I have, several times. [And thank you for responding.]

And I also quit the game and then relaunched it more than once - in case doing that shook anything up.

But it didn't

Mad,

I find that I have to move around and be close to the next "shadow/ghost" to number it.
It is positioning sensitivity. Try that and see.

Thanks very much for that advice. I just now had the opportunity to try with the "F" key again - this time getting closer to the shadow images - and it worked. I was able to correctly reconstruct the sequence
