The Raven : The Legacy of a master thief

I have finally finished the first chapter of The Raven Legacy of a Master Thief. After the finish it tells you to go to the begining and choose the next chapter, Both chapter one and two are "Not available" Does that mean I have to buy the other two chapters? If so where can I do this? Also, I spent a long time downlaoding "fixing major bugs" and patches before I started chapter one and when that was over it said I could download chapter three? Enjoying this game and would like understand and carry on. Help please!

Your game should have all of the chapters now.
If bought from steam - see if there is an update that is downloading.
Or open a new game and select the next chapter.

I tried all that I could but it seemed there was no other chapters. I did not purchase from Steam but went there and bought all three chapters. Means I have two copies of the first chapter but not too bothered about that . Am about to open the secret door in the basement so wish me lots of luck eh?
