Am in the Anchor part of ship..winch all crooked...says take handle..cannot do..any idea what is wrong...thanks Chuck

Hi Chuck, not sure what the problem is, but this video might help you out. The winch stuff starts around 15 minutes 30 seconds. If watching that doesn't clarify anything, maybe try watching the part of the video preceding that to see if there is something that you might have missed.
