Help.. I am a newbie... I keep drowning in the sewer tunnel that goes to the Asylum. I followed the hint but can't get there... Please help -- you are my only hope...

This is a tricky one for sure! We did have some discussion on it a while back, but I guess it must have scrolled off the board, because I couldn't find it. Anyway, the trick is to come up for air after you open the passageway, and then go down and swim toward a black area. Turn the sluice wheel to the right on entering. The water begins to rise.
Jump into the water.
When in the water, dive.
Underwater, down to the left, activate a second sluice gate hidden behind some detritus.
The water level rises even further.
Mount to the surface to take a breath of air.
Dive underwater into the small passageway which has now been made accessible.
Come out again into the sewers, on the asylum side.

Thank you very much... we got through it...
Now we are stuck at the cemetary trying to blow up gargoyles. We can't get tbe anti-vampire system to work at the mauseleum. Got any ideas?

Kitty, have you found the black placque about Bram Stoker yet? It is to the left of the main gate, on the right hand side on the wall. Take that stuff first. Then in inventory, use the crank on the Anti-Vampire System, click on the left bottom reception mode square. Turn left, move forward, turn left, look up on the mausoleum roof and get the frequency (the green light is on the apparatus). As before, move the right dial to the frequency reading of 6, click on the right transmission switch. Focus the antenna on the gargoyle and click. The horned gargoyle explodes.
