Nancy Drew Stay Tuned for Danger

I am 3/4 of the way through the game and at a complete standstill. I cannot get Hess Grumbley to answer the intercom at his office building. The walkthru says that he is suppose to answer the buzzer because he is waiting for a pizza to be delivered, but I get no response from him. Would appreciate any help or ideas. Thanks in advance.

If he is supposed to get the pizza and it is daytime but he gets it at nighttime you have to go change the 'clock' or time of day.

I played and beat the game but I never did deliver a pizza. The way I got into his office was, I clicked on the cabinets in (I think Matties dressing room) twice and got transported there.I was standing in front of the file cabinets.Hope I helped.
