Mystery of the Druids---signature needed

I can't seem to combine the paper, clipboard and carbon paper. What am I doing wrong? Appreciate any help

I'm not sure what 'paper' you have, but in addition to the clipboard and carbon paper, you need two forms: one to request data, and one to request stationery. Four things in all.

I have the paper to request stationery....where do I find the one to request data?
