Time Machine - Where's the Sculpturer?

I'm afraid this game is somewhat confusing and hope someone can clarify a few things for me. The Hourglass City is where the hourglass is in the center. Correct? I'm trying to find the sculpturer who's supposed to be in front of the city center. Where is that? I've gone through all of the little side towns and can't find her.

Walk up a stand directly in front of the large hourglass. The sculptor is on the left in front of a building chiseling on a stone.
