Help with Grim Fandango...Manny and the baster

I'm praying that just by the mere fact of posting for help the solution will come to me as this often happens and then I'm so embarrassed to have asked for help....so here goes...I am in the tattoo parlor trying to put junk from turkey baster into the bottle before Naranja takes a drink....I have worked on this and so has my grandson...nada....we open the frig and prop it open with crisper drawer...dash to bottle with baster in hand....nada...any help here would be appreciated. Thanks...

If you are hearing the refrigerator door close, Hap, are you sure that you're leaving the crisper drawer pulled out? That should stop it from closing.

Also, when you get over to the bottle, wait for Toto to distract Naranja before you put the stuff in the baster in--and be sure you are looking right at the bottle when you do it.

As Syd said, it's tricky to get the timing right on this one.....

hmm.. Maybe try hitting the run key as you are going over to the bottle if you haven't already.. This may help if you are running out of time..
