Grim Fandango

I'm in year 1 at the tree farm. I'm supposed to get the pumps in the tree in sync. The WT says to use the wheelbarrow on the 2nd & 4th pumps. I've been moving it back & forth but I don't have a clue as to what I actually need to do. Help please.

I'm in year 2. The WT says I need a letter from Sal to show the beatniks at the Blue Casket. Where was I supposed to get this letter from? Its not in my inventory. for any help.

I did have the letter after all.

You should have picked it up at the Calavera Cafe - bar downstairs. It is behind the bar.

You might to go there now, if you haven't picked it up yet.

I hit a snag in the game

I'm in year 3 and soon after I get to the bottom of the ocean, I get thrown off to desktop. Anyone have a save to get me passed this spot? <img border="0" alt="" title="" src="graemlins/cry.gif" />
