Jazz & Faust

HI Y'all
I am playing as Jazz and I am at the point where I have to go to the port and find the lantern and a cannonball. I cannot for the life of me find that cannonball. I know it is supposed to be on bottom of the screen but I cannot seem to find it. I would appreciate if someone can help me.

It's a little lower and right of the cannon at that main port square area (with the berth and the lighthouse paths leading off of it).
