I am in the police staton for the second time, trying to use the ESPER. I have checked all pictures and have zoomed in but I cannot find a dog in any of the pictures. Where is it? How do I get the face and food container in one picture?
How do I get hard copies of the photos?

It sounds as though you are using the walkthrough from here at GameBoomers. I found another one that gives somewhat different directions--maybe this will help you:

"Use the ESPER unit on the security disc. Focus
in on Sadik's head for a hardcopy. You will also discover a dog in the middle right and a crate in the lower right. This will give you 3 new photos."
