Watchmaker - In the Chapel

Hello fellow Watchmakers.. whoever said this game gets better as you get into the story is right! I just made it into the chapel & catacombs.. but I'm stuck on a couple of puzzles.
Here's what I've done so far...

I've been to the Old Wing and found the secret room. I have also been to the garage and got the info I needed, so I made the medalions.

I havn't solved the problem with the clock on the 2nd floor, but I think I need Jude's necklace for that. I havn't done anything with the stuff in the telescope room. I found the trunk in the clock tower, but don't know what I need to open it. Finaly, I've left off in the chapel (via the catacomb) but can't find anything there to interact with.

Whew..

Can anyone give me a gentile shove in the right direction for any of these puzzles?

Hi Louis,

I'll try the gentlest shove that I could do - all of the above can be eventually be done by starting on reading carefully and follow through Krenn's Diary.
