Missing: Amphatab

I am unable to get past Amphatab in the "Missing since January" adventure game.
I searched on the intranet for "Joos Amman Von Ravensburg" and found an internet site:

On this site, I found the church, "Chiesa di Santa Maria di Castello". The
pictures of the inside of this church match those from Amphatab.
On this site is says that the church was built in 658, however when I get
the bug to move on the treadmill to show 658 (green/yellow = right,green/blue = middle, blue/yellow = left) nothing happens. I have scared off the bug too!
I am lost, what do I do?
Please help.

Strategy: To complete this puzzle, you need to enter the number 658 by using the various treadmills. An insect will come out and move the treadmills if you offer the right combination of capsules. Once the desired number is achieved, click on the insect to scare it away. The treadmill on the left requires that you feed the insect yellow & blue capsules (one at a time, and only one of each). The middle treadmill requires that you feed the insect (one at a time, and only one of each) green & blue capsules. The treadmill on the right requires that you feed the insect (one at a time, and only one of each) green & yellow capsules. Also, the red capsule will kill the insect, so you don't want to use it.

Try leaving the pills below the treadmill you want the insect to use. Feed it one and it will stay until you either scare it away, feed it another pill or kill it (with the red capsule). Clicking on the insect will scare it away, so leave the capsules somewhere the insect has to walk to to get them.
